About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and MAXPRO, operating from Nazir Trade Centre, 139 Circular Road, Shah Alam, Lahore, Pakistan.

They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or place an order.

Using Our Website

You may browse and buy from maxproofficial.com for your own personal or business use. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or its databases.
• Interfere with the site’s operation, introduce malicious code, or place excessive automated load on it.
• Scrape, copy, republish or resell our content, product data or images without written permission.
• Place fraudulent, speculative or repeatedly abandoned orders.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms.

Accounts

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your login.

You must provide accurate and current information, particularly your delivery address and phone number — orders that fail because of incorrect details supplied by you are not our responsibility. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Products and Descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but please note:

• Colours vary between screens and can differ slightly from the physical product.
• Images are for illustration. Packaging, graphics and cosmetic detailing may change between production batches.
• Specifications such as weight, balance point, string gauge and grip size are stated to manufacturing tolerances and may vary slightly.
• Availability is not guaranteed. Listed stock can sell out between your order being placed and processed.

Minor variations of this kind are not defects and do not by themselves entitle you to a return outside our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless the checkout indicates otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated and shown separately at checkout before you confirm.

Prices can change at any time without notice, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the error.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The automatic confirmation email you receive acknowledges your order but does not accept it.

A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order or confirm acceptance directly. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, your details cannot be verified, the delivery address is outside our service area, or the order appears fraudulent or abusive. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and online payment by card, bank transfer or wallet.

Method	Terms
Cash on delivery	Payment in full to the courier at the point of delivery. Partial payment is not accepted, and parcels cannot be opened before payment.
Online payment	Processed through our secure payment provider. Your order is only processed once payment is confirmed.

We do not store your card details. Repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery parcels may result in COD being disabled on future orders, or the account being blocked.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Pakistan and internationally. Orders are processed on working days; orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are processed the next working day.

• Orders within Pakistan are delivered within 5 days. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
• Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed. Courier delays, weather and public holidays can extend them.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival.
• If a parcel is returned to us because you were unreachable or repeatedly unavailable, any re-delivery charge is payable by you.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside Pakistan:

• Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.
• You are the importer of record and must comply with the laws of the destination country.
• Delivery timeframes vary considerably and are outside our control once the parcel leaves Pakistan.
• If a parcel is refused at customs or abandoned, we cannot refund the shipping cost, and any refund of the product value is subject to the item being returned to us in original condition.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy. In summary: requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery, the product and packing must be in original condition, a valid invoice number is required, and return delivery charges are borne by the customer except where the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before dispatch by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order or invoice number. Once an order has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled and must be handled as a return after delivery. Refusing delivery of a dispatched parcel is not a valid cancellation.

Product Use and Safety

Sports equipment carries inherent risk. You are responsible for using our products appropriately, for warming up properly, and for exercising within your ability.

• Rackets should be strung within the tension range stated for the frame. Over-tensioning voids any defect claim.
• Court shoes are designed for indoor surfaces; outdoor use causes rapid wear that is not a defect.
• Fitness accessories such as resistance bands should be inspected before each use and replaced when worn.
• Consult a medical professional before beginning any new training programme.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury arising from misuse, over-exertion or use of a product outside its intended purpose.

Intellectual Property

The MAXPRO name and logo, together with all site content — text, product photography, graphics, page design and layout — are owned by us or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written permission. Approved retailers and distributors are granted limited use of our brand assets under separate agreement.

Reviews and User Content

If you post a review, rating, comment or image on our site, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and that you own or have the right to share the content.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with our store and marketing. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful, off-topic, or posted for the purpose of promoting another business.

Promotions and Discount Codes

• Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Each code is subject to its own validity period, minimum spend and product exclusions.
• Codes hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Where an order is partially returned, discount value is deducted proportionally from the refund.
• We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time, and may void orders where a code has been misused or shared in breach of its terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, missed matches or tournaments, or costs arising from delivery delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, courier failures, power or internet outages, import restrictions, civil unrest or government action.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Before starting any formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly — most issues are settled in a single conversation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our products, services or legal obligations change. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
